Deliveries and returns

DELIVERY TIME

  • Non-embroidered products: delivery within 2 to 3 working days after receipt of payment. 
  • Embroidered products: delivery within 2 to 5 working days after receipt of payment.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Preparation and delivery costs are fixed. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order.

SHIPPING                   

An email will be sent to you as soon as your pacel is dispatched. The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items will be delicately protected.

  • Hand pick-up: within 24 hours & free. To come and collect by you Avenue Eugène Plasky 18, 1030 Schaerbeek.
  • Delivery via B-Post: at home or at a relay point. Preparation and delivery costs amount to 5 € in Belgium. Delivery is free from 60 € of purchase in Belgium

RETURN

  • You have 14 days after receipt of your order to return it to us.
  • No cash return will be made. We only accept exchanges or a voucher for the amount of your exchange (no expiration date). 
  • You are responsible for the return costs.
  • Please note, no personalized product will be exchanged. 

 

EXCHANGE & VOUCHER

1.  Write to us at bonjour@rosetadesign.com letting us know your wish for an exchange and specifying your order number (within 14 days of receiving it). We will confirm that the exchange or the voucher is possible.

2.  Return the product (s) intact, unwashed, and unworn, with the original label and packaging, in the package of your order.

3.  Post your product (s).

4.  You will then receive an e-mail notifying you that the ROSETA team has received your parcel. 

In the case of a request for a voucher, it will be sent to you within 2-5 days following the receipt of you items and will not have a expiry date.

To exchange a product, you will have to place a new order using this voucher. The new shipping costs will be refunded upon request to bonjour@rosetadesign.com.

In the absence of compliance by the customer with these conditions, in particular the return conditions, "Roseta" may not issue a credit note for the products concerned.
